Customer's reviews
Mike handled our house remodel with professionalism and care from start to finish. Mike and his team of subcontractors were all amazing, and helped us gut and renovate a home that needed so much love. We appreciated Mikes cander, and we gave him some pretty tough timelines so we could move into our home. He always communicated punctually, and kept us “in the know” throughout the entire project. Mike finished our unfinished basement, gutted and remodeled our kitchen (with ripping down a wall), gutted and renovated our primary bathroom, and his helped us work with a phenomenal company to refinish and install new hardwood floors throughout our house. If I had to do it all over again, we would choose Mike every time. Will be referring him to all of our friends and family, and will be continuing to use him for future projects. Thanks again, Mike!

WOW!!! Lotz Renovations truly exceeded our expectations!!! Three room remodel and I don't have one regret. Lotz owned the remodel from beginning to end. Not only did they make our dream kitchen become a reality, they made it better! Helping tweak design, pick colors / materials and delivering quality craftsmanship all along the way.
One of the most impressive part of the job is that they delivered ON TIME!!!! My kitchen, family room and laundry room are fully remodeled and we LOVE IT!!!!
I guess I do have one regret...not being able to afford remodeling the bathrooms at the same time!! I can't wait for Lotz Renovations to do another remodel when I'm ready. I highly recommend Lotz Renovations! By the way, he is remodeling my Sister-In-Laws kitchen next month!
If you are considering a remodel with Lotz, stop chasing down other contractors and go with Lotz!!!!

They stayed on schedule, kept the workspace clean, and communicated with us every step of the way. The transformation is stunning, and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and family.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and creative team for your home remodel, I highly recommend Lotz Renovations. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!
